These outdoor panels made of Sunbrella fabric are at Mosaic Wine Bar in Raleigh, NC. I made black and white panels under the coordinating awning, by West Awning. The decorative flags are attached to the building for a dramatic effect. We used a chocolate brown and orange Sunbrella for the flag banners. For over 45 years, Sunbrella has been the leader in performance fabrics. No other resource is more committed to leading the performance fabric industry with innovations that fit today's busy lifestyles. With impeccable quality, sophisticated styling and best-in-class warranties, the new generation of Sunbrella offers more possibilities than ever.
One of the best ways to keep Sunbrella® brand fabrics looking good and to delay deep or vigorous cleanings is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur.
Sunbrella Mist and other Sunbrella sheer fabrics are available to the trade through a variety of jobbers including Donghia, Fabricut, Kravet, Pindler & Pindler, Robert Allen and SilverState Fabrics.

Decorative Vanity
I had a sad little powder room with builder tan walls and a white pedestal sink but with a few minor changes it's happy now. I painted it a pretty split pea green and that was a hard decision but I went for it and I'm so glad that I did. It looks gold in the photo but it's really green. I replaced the pedestal sink with this one from Kirkland's. I wish I had before photos so you could see the difference.
I think that about covers it for my house, thanks for looking. Now I can start focusing on window treatments.

Foyer
The first two photos are of my foyer. The bench has moved around with me and been covered in many fabrics over the years. Every foyer needs a happy doggie to greet you at the end of the day. The picture hanging above the bench has a stone statue of a lion inside of it.
(Yes, Leos live here !)
The other side has a mirrored table that I bought from someone on Craigslist. (I was a little obsessed with that site for a while) :) The wall sculpture came from a Chelsea House warehouse sale. I got it for $5 and painted it, what a bargain !
The bottom photo is a corner of the family room. Sitting on top of the round metal table is a wine rack that I turned into a magazine rack. The painting of our furbaby is by Jeremy's dad, Curley Granger. He did such an amazing job. Don't you think it looks just like her ?

Tiki Valance
Since it is the 4th of July weekend and I wish I was someplace tropical..............Here's my son's shower curtain. To continue his beach theme I made a tiki valance for the shower. I ordered grass skirts, stapled them to a wood cornice and trimmed it to the right length. Voila, easy tiki valance !
Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend.

Beach Themed Room
My son's room was the most fun to decorate. We decided on a surfer/skateboard theme and surprised him with the room for his birthday. I found the bedding and planned the whole room around that. Imagine our surprise when it turned out to be back ordered for 6 months ! We painted 3 walls sky blue and put up a beach fence border at the bottom of the wall. I made roman shades with blackout lining to keep the morning sun out. The valances are blank skateboard decks that I painted and stenciled with hibiscus. The dresser was painted to match and the drawer pulls are skateboard wheels. Five more skateboards were used as shelving to hold books and pictures as well as the top for his nightstand.
