Here’s my Valentine’s Day inspired mantel.
It was fun finding and making things for this one. I’ve never decorated the mantel for Valentine’s Day, so thanks Beth for having the party. I left up my Eddie Ross wreath for this but I promise I’ll take it down soon.
I bought the little boy and girl plaques at an antique store a long time ago, they were hand painted by an artist in NC.
I saw these cute X and O frames that Jen over at Tatertots and Jello had featured and I had to make some too ! That required spray painting some old frames in the snow, hot pink velvet and flat floral stones.
The Love frame was a gift from my niece that got some snow spray painting action too !
Why yes that is a shiny disco ball hanging from my ceiling fan cause I’m just that cool…… lol. Yay, it’s Friday. I hope you all have a great weekend ! I’ve been working on a redo for the Master bedroom that I will post on Sunday or Monday.

ReplyDeleteVery sparkly and fun. I just love the color red.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! Glad I popped in your blog and saw your cleaver mantel decorations. I haven't decorated for Valentine's lately (divorced 4 years ago and didn't have a Valentine!). This year I still don't have a Valentine to share it with, but I like the decorations so I'm putting them up anyway. :)
