I finally finished my wall sconce project that I started HERE. You can see how I started out with a plain decorative wood plaque and covered it in scrapbook paper.
After searching Goodwill for months I finally found this candle holder that I cut apart with a hacksaw, painted white and hot glued it to the back to make the sconce.
I’m linking to BNOP’s Metamorphosis Monday party………..
Tammy...your sconces turned out great! Very impressive that you created these...they are really pretty! Susan
ReplyDeleteThey turned out beautiful. I love them. Now you've also got the extra candle holders for another project.
ReplyDeleteThe sconces are great! I love how you creatively used all of those items together - very pretty indeed.

Girl you're funny - what else have you been hack sawing? These turned out beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I remember ~ they turned out really nice, Tammy!
ReplyDeleteWow...I would never even think of doing that! They look nice.

I got a kick out of the hacksawing, too!
ReplyDeleteGreat imagination
P.S. There is no close up of this because spray painting in the snow is not the best idea ! ;)
