Yea...I am amazed at how I have grown to love Ikats! Years ago I thought they were awful...but now, oh yes, love them!<br />I think they're so versatile and can combine so many colors in one design. They are usually muted, and with the white or cream worked into the design, the look is wonderful. <br />I also like that they originate in other parts of the world. I was in India many years ago and noticed, in particular, that many of the hotels used Ikats all over.
