What to make with all those wine corks ?

That’s the question I’ve been asking myself for a while now. The answer is …………

A Christmas Wreath !

Supplies:

Cardboard and Hot Glue ….. I used  a 12” diameter end from a cording spool but you could cut a circle out of any cardboard, cut the middle circle out to fit 2 rows of corks.

Corks …. This size took about 60 corks total.  My Mom got me this cork keeper from a local winery.

Add some ribbon and a bow…... really easy project to add to your holiday bar cart.

Great idea. I bought a bunch of corks this summer at a yard sale, so now I have something fun to do with them.

Your wreath looks absolutely perfect in the spot you hung it in, nice job. Now you'll have to fill up your cute little basket again.

Well that is clever! That would be fun to hang over our wet bar in our basement...hmmm, I'll start saving until next year!

Excellent idea! I like the way you added the corks going the other way on the outside, too. I'm not a wine drinker, but if I were...

Very clever and a great excuse to get through the wine cellar!

I guess I better start drinking more wine!! I only wish that winemakers would stop using those plastic "corks." Your wreath turned out really cute. I wish I'd bought all those corks at the last yard sale I was at. :-) Merry Christmas, Tammy!
