Fabric I'm Loving

After reading about Debois Textiles at Pigtown Designs I knew I just had to go there.  So, while I was in DC this weekend I made a trip to Baltimore to check it out. Very interesting store with such sweet ladies that work there and they have lots of ends of great fabrics.  These were some of my favorite........  They had Imperial Trellis, Barbara Barry, Ralph Lauren and lots and lots of toiles.

These are the fabrics that came home with me...... Trina Turk Sunglasses and Santorini and KWID Imperial Trellis.

And this is what I have made so far.  Isn't he grand ? I have plans for the yellow to brighten up my guest room.
I'll be joining Susan's party at BNOP for Metamorphosis Monday
and Cheri's Its So Very Creative Party

Reminds me of when I had a Calico Corners outlet store down the street. I have a walk-in closet full of bolt ends. And another walk-in closet full of pillows!

My son is moving to DC in June. Uh oh!

Love the pillow!

Beautiful! And that store looks like quite a feast for the eyes. I don't sew, but fabric stores always get my heart racing :).

I can't tell you how upset I am that this place is so far away from me. You would think there'd be more of these kinds of "secret sources" here on the west coast but, so far as I can see, they're being kept super secret!
